1. Where can I buy Eminent products?

You can purchase Eminent suitcases, travel bags & Co. directly from our product selection. After you have clicked on "BUY NOW", your product will be directly placed into your shopping cart. After placing the right product into your wish list or your shopping card, you can decide if you want to create an account, having benefits of tracking your order and package shipping or buy as a guest, it is up to you.

2. How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order via our product selection. Please go to the desired product and click on the button "BUY NOW". You will then be redirected to your shopping cart.

3 How do I find out if my desired item is available?

The availability of our articles can be found on the product pages under your selected product. Should it be out of stock an information button will indicate it.

4. What is the pricing and how is payment made?

Pricing is made by Eminent Europe GmbH and depends on the product. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you will be directed to our payment page, where you can choose between different payment methods.

5. Is a purchase on account possible? And who will invoice me for my Eminent product?

The invoice for your desired item will be send by email to your email address after the purchase. Please note that the purchase modalities can vary depending on the country.

6. How does the delivery of my desired article take place? Can I determine the place of delivery myself?

Your Eminent product will be delivered by our respective carrier which can be freely chosen by you in the order process. Your item will be delivered directly to your home.

7. I'm having trouble with my article. Who do I turn to?

If you have any questions, complaints or problems with your item, please contact us using the contact form below. We will check what kind of problem it is and whether our warranty service is effective. In addition, the necessary steps to repair, exchange or refund the product may be initiated.

8. I would like to cancel, return or exchange my item. Who do I turn to?

9. Who takes over guarantee and warranty for my purchased Eminent products?

Eminent grants you up to seven years warranty on your articles depending which product line it belongs to. If you have any questions about quality assurance during this time or if there are any deficiencies, please contact our Sales Partner - ideally in the country where you purchased our luggage. Customer service will help you in the best possible way. If possible, have the bill ready.

10. My Eminent case needs to be repaired. Who isthe right contact person for this?

Complaints and repair measures should be clarified through our Sales Partners - ideally in the branch or country in which you purchased the product. Have the bill ready. Our sales partner takes over the assessment of the defect, sends the product for repair if necessary and/or orders the required spare parts.

11. I need spare parts for my Eminent item. Where am I going?

If a replaceable part of your Eminent product (e.g. telescopic handle, roller, TSA lock, etc.) has been damaged, the corresponding spare parts can be ordered and delivered easily. In order to get a better overview of the damage, which spare part is required and whether the corresponding item is available, please fill out the contact form.

12. I'd like to exchange my Eminent article. What do I have to consider?
