We offer free standard shipping for all orders above €100 / £ 100 (except for orders to Switzerland & Norway). Orders placed before 10:00 AM CET will usually be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday except public holidays). Express shipping is currently not available.

For orders below €100 / £ 100, a flat-rate shipping fee of €6 / £ 6 applies.

• 2+1 year warranty: The warranty period is 2 years. By successfully registering your warranty in our warranty portal the warranty period is extended by one additional year. The Eminent warranty covers any material and production defects to ensure that your luggage will last for a long time. Any damage covered by our warranty will be repaired free of charge or we will replace the item if the damage is not repairable. For damages caused by airlines our repair service can assist you to certify the damage to ensure that the damage is recognized by the airline.
