Shipping Information

Delivery Areas

 

While we try to serve all People on the Move we can currently only accept orders for delivery inside the EU, UK and Switzerland. Also we currently do not deliver to regions inside the EU with special arrangements such as Heligoland, Büsingen, The Faroe Islands, Green Islands, Overseas France, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Channel Islands and a few others.

For orders from certain regions including the above mentioned we reserve the right to refuse the order. If you are uncertain if it is possible to ship to your address please feel free to contact our customer service team here.

Delivery Services

All our orders within the EU, UK and Switzerland are shipped with DPD from our warehouse in Germany. Due to the size and weight of the items we currently do not offer express delivery options.

Delivery Time

We work relentlessly to bring your new Eminent item to you as quickly as possible. For all orders placed before 10 AM between Monday and Friday the order will still be shipped the same working day. 

Orders with delivery within Germany will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. In many cases the order is delivered the next working day however we cannot guarantee this.

Orders within the EU (excluding Germany) are usually delivered within 3-4 working days.

Orders to the UK or Switzerland are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

Delivery Cost

Any orders above € 100 or £ 100 are shipped free of charge (except for orders to Switzerland). For orders below this threshold a flat shipping rate of € 6 applies.

For orders to Switzerland a flat shipping rate of € 25 applies.

Duties and taxes

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland import taxes and duties are applicable. The price on our online shop includes all applicable taxes and duties and no duties or taxes are due upon delivery. 

 

Returns

The return period for all our items is 14 days. More information regarding returns can be found in our return policy.

Please note that we can only accept returns for items

  • which are unused and in resalable condition,
  • where the lock combinations have not been changed,
  • which have a complete set of accessories (if they are delivered with any),
  • where the labels have not been cut off.

For items which are returned and do not fulfill all of the above requirements we reserve the right to reject the return of the item.

Exchanges

For exchanges the same period applies as for returns. While we cannot directly exchange the product against the product you have purchased against a different one we can issue you a gift card or discount after the initially ordered item is returned which you can use to purchase the item you want to order instead.
