We offer free standard shipping for all orders from €100 (except for orders to Switzerland & Norway). Orders placed before 10:00 (German time) will usually be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday except public holidays). Express delivery is available within Germany: orders placed before 10:00 (German time) are delivered the next working day with DPD Express (€2.99 from €100, €8.99 below).

For orders below €100, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of €6 applies. Orders to Switzerland ship at a flat CHF 10 and orders to Norway at a flat NOK 100 (shown in euros at checkout), whatever the order value.

Any damage covered by our warranty will be repaired free of charge or we will replace the item if the damage is not repairable. For damages caused by airlines our repair service can assist you to certify the damage to ensure that the damage is recognised by the airline.
